Boston Medical Center's Demonstration Kitchen

Recipient of the 2012 James W. Varnum National Quality Award, Boston Medical Center's Demonstration Kitchen is successfully bridging the gap between medical attention and food insecurity, by providing patients disease-specific cooking classes, with food items found in the hospital's Preventive Food Pantry.
