My name is Gisela Alvarez, I am a Junior at Simmons College where I am pursuing a double major in Nutrition and Dietetics and Communications track Journalism. For my Feature Writing class I had to make a final project with a multimedia component, and well, here it is. I am passionate about all things food and health, and so I decided to feature Boston Medical Center's Demonstration Kitchen, which is run by registered dietitian and chef Tracey Burg, but you should already know that, because you should have already read my post. I am in no way expecting an A in this project (though that would be awesome) I just want to let my teacher know that I had a lot of fun writing and producing this.
